Our expertise in training is founded on extensive experience in program design and delivery. Our SvesOS model provides a proven framework for ensuring training meets the needs of particular organisations whilst being evidence-based and conceptually coherent. We use all available media for program delivery from face-to-face through ‘pocket guides’ to information communication technology. We have published the highly successful results of combining traditional and innovative methods, including use of the www for achieving wide reach in a cost-efficient way for training in core issues around clinical communication.
Our consultancy and evaluation draws on our extensive multidisciplinary experience across the spectrum of research and audit methods, using psychometric methods, statistical analysis of numerical and survey data, interviews, and documentary analysis at multiple levels within complex organisations. We find that most project reports need several sorts of evidence, including user perspectives, to be an effective analysis of the problem. Our SvesOS model provides an efficient framework for strategic data acquisition and constructive synthesis.
